At Ayinla Film Locations (AFL), we value clarity and fairness. Our cancellation policy helps protect both Guests and Hostsfrom unexpected losses. Before booking or listing a location, it's important to understand the policy options and their implications.

Flexible Policy
Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the booking start time for a full refund.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before, the first day is non-refundable.
- The remaining days (if any) are refunded.
- Ideal for last-minute shoots, casual use, or uncertain schedules.
Moderate Policy
Guests can cancel up to 5 days before the booking for a full refund.
- If cancelled within 5 days, the first day is non-refundable.
- Remaining unused days are refunded.
- Best for planned productions or scheduled content creation.
Strict Policy
Guests must cancel at least 7 days before booking to get a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 7 days = 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours = no refund at all.
- Recommended for rare locations, high-demand shoots, or complex productions.
Important Notes:
- Service fees may not be refundable depending on the timing.
- Policy type is chosen by the Host when listing a space.
- Guests are shown the applicable policy before booking.
- All timeframes refer to the scheduled start time of the booking.
